Factory-certified LSV in the 25 mph trim (parent Nivel is a registered LSV maker); ships as a 19 mph PTV by default — buy the LSV trim. The DOT equipment, VIN, and 25 mph rating come from the factory, so you can title and register it without any aftermarket conversion.
